My friend at work tried this with success and told me about it, so I decided I must attempt this look.
I used this wonderful lady's blog for directions.
My hair is in several different layers so the rolling didn't go as well as the lady in the pictures. So after what seemed like ten attempts to get my hair to roll up with the sock I finally decided to modify. I cut the sock into a straight line and it was much easier to roll up that way! Then I just pinned it to my head.
I had a little frizz on the front of my head, (I must have moved around a lot in my sleep) so I put a headband in.
